Lead Outsource Development Inc. - BPO & Call Center Company

15 Hours – $7 Per Hour Contract Agreement


At the request of the signer, Lead Outsource Development Inc. provides the following Service Agreement. The client agrees to pay for services in US dollars every period that the service(s) are active.

This contract can be canceled at any time with three business days' notice.

Lead Outsource Development Inc. will provide virtual assistants(s) / call center services personnel during the initial period. The client will pre-pay for the service. This will include all associated costs and weekly hourly reports. Following the initial period, clients may choose to continue the campaign.

General Terms and Conditions

  • Client agrees that no attempt will be made to engage in any activity directly with Lead Outsource Development Inc. employees except directly relating to this document.
  • No attempt will be made to directly employ employees of Lead Outsource Development Inc.
  • Confidentiality: Both parties acknowledge they may have access to each other’s Confidential Information. Confidential Information includes non-public information designated as confidential or reasonably understood as confidential.
  • Confidentiality obligations do not apply if: (i) the information was already in possession of the receiving party, (ii) becomes publicly known without breach, or (iii) is lawfully received from a third party without duty of confidentiality.
  • Limitation of Liability: Neither party shall be liable for special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or goodwill, except under indemnity obligations.
  • Indemnity: Liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by Client to Vendor during the one month preceding the damages.
  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force.
  • Survival: Confidentiality, Indemnity, and Limitation of Liability provisions survive termination.
  • Waiver: Waiver of one breach does not waive future breaches.
  • Amendments: Must be in writing, signed by both parties.
  • Notices: Must be in writing and delivered via email or to the Client’s specified address.

Statement of Work

Objective & Goals

Lead Outsource Development Inc. will provide clients with dedicated virtual assistant(s) / call center personnel for required tasks. Workers will follow client instructions for phone and computer-based tasks. The client will provide all training and instructions.

Scope of Work:

  • Virtual assistant Selection: 4-year accredited university graduate, fluent English, proficient in internet, email, CRM, and Windows applications.
  • Scripting: Client provides initial script. Lead Outsource Development Inc. helps fine-tune and add scripts as needed.
  • Communication: Client can directly engage assistants for campaign tasks.
  • Training: Includes orientation, systems introduction, product knowledge, company introduction, and side-by-side call feedback.
  • Reports: Daily and Weekly reports via email. Additional calls as needed between client and operations management.

Operating Agreement

  • Virtual assistants work Part-time (15 hours per week) unless specified as part-time.
  • Client communications with workers limited to daily tasks. Performance and reporting issues directed to management.
  • Campaign launch date set upon receipt of signed contract and payment.
  • Billing based on requested services. Extensions available in same increments.
  • Cancellation requires 3 business days’ notice before next billing cycle (via email). No refunds will be given.

Cost & Campaign Structure

  • Cost per billing period will vary based on actual number of billable hours.
  • All set-up fees are waived.
  • Additional agents can be added with one week’s notice for sourcing, hiring, and training.
  • Phone systems: Unlimited single-phone line calling to the US and Canada. Additional rates may apply for other countries. Inbound US caller ID available (area codes limited). Additional inbound country numbers may be available upon request.

Please select the number of assistant(s)/caller(s) you require on the next page. The total will be provided on your first invoice.

Part-Time Contract Terms (as agreed by the Client,):

  • Rate: $7 per hour
  • Minimum hours per week: 10 hours
  • Maximum hours per week: 15 hours
  • Contract validity: Until the job is no longer needed or applicable, with a minimum duration of 10 hours per week
