Yes. For office-based staff, we use premium, dedicated internet services via Fiber Optic Facilities and a fully redundant Gigabit Ethernet Network. We also have a secondary failover network to ensure maximum uptime and performance. Lead Outsource Development Inc. provides a high-speed internet connection of up to 10 megabytes per second (10mbps) per person. Clients with teams can share bandwidth, and additional mbps can be requested at an agreed-upon cost.
Yes, staff work full-time, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.
Yes, we offer a discount on our Service Fee for clients who grow larger teams with us. This discount applies to all staff in the team.
Invoices can be paid in USD, AUD, EURO, GBP, NZD, SGD, or CAD. Local payment options through nominated country banks with no transfer fees are also available.
If staff are required to work on a Philippine regular holiday, a premium will be payable to the staff and invoiced to the client. The client must pay 200% of the standard day rate for a regular holiday or 130% for a special non-working day.
We provide proposals and monthly fees in USD, AUD, EURO, GBP, NZD, SGD, or CAD. Quotes in currencies other than PESO will adjust monthly based on currency movements. PESO invoicing is only available for companies located in the Philippines.

Yes, the one-month Security Deposit will be credited to the final invoice if you decide to cancel. Payment receipt of the Security Deposit invoice is required for an official job offer to be made.
Yes, if third-party licensed software is required (e.g., Photoshop), the cost will be borne by the client. Additional costs will only be incurred with the client’s written request and approval.
Yes, although not mandatory, many clients prefer to motivate their staff with incentives. These incentives are paid directly to your staff, who receive the full amount after currency loss and bank fees. We can invoice this variable amount separately each month on top of your Monthly Fee.
